1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and THREZONE, LLC ("THREZONE," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website, application process, and participation in our transformative reality experiences.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, or participating in any THREZONE experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for THREZONE services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess valid government-issued identification
• Be in good physical and mental health
• Have no active psychiatric conditions requiring ongoing treatment
• Have no outstanding legal issues or active criminal proceedings
• Be able to provide informed consent
• Complete all required assessments and screenings
• Sign all necessary waivers and agreements

3. Nature of Services

3.1 Experience Description

THREZONE provides immersive psychological experiences designed to explore boundaries, control dynamics, and personal transformation. These experiences:

• Are intense psychological simulations
• May involve physical and mental challenges
• Include elements of confinement, authority, and power dynamics
• Are conducted in controlled environments
• Are monitored for safety at all times

3.2 Non-Sexual Nature

THREZONE experiences are strictly non-sexual in nature. Any attempt to sexualize the experience or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent ban from all services.

3.3 No Therapeutic Claims

THREZONE experiences are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. We make no claims regarding therapeutic benefits or medical outcomes.

4. Assumption of Risk

Risks may include but are not limited to:

• Psychological stress and emotional distress
• Physical discomfort from restraints or positions
• Claustrophobia or panic responses
• Temporary disorientation or confusion
• Emotional vulnerability and breakthrough
• Post-experience integration challenges

5. Safety Protocols

5.1 Continuous Monitoring

All experiences are continuously monitored by trained professionals. Safety systems include:

• 24/7 video and audio surveillance
• Biometric monitoring when applicable
• Immediate medical response capabilities
• Multiple fail-safe termination procedures

5.2 Safe Words and Termination

Participants are provided with safe words and signals to pause or terminate experiences. Use of these safety protocols will be immediately honored without question.

5.3 Medical Support

Medical professionals are on-site or immediately available during all experiences. Emergency medical services can be activated within minutes if needed.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information in all applications and assessments
• Disclose all relevant medical and psychological conditions
• Follow all instructions from THREZONE staff
• Respect the safety and well-being of all staff and participants
• Maintain confidentiality as outlined in Section 8
• Attend all required pre-experience briefings
• Participate in post-experience debriefing sessions
• Report any concerns or adverse effects immediately

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees and Payment

Experience fees are due in full prior to participation. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All fees are clearly communicated during the booking process.

7.2 Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before experience: Full refund minus $500 processing fee
• 3-7 days before experience: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund and potential ban from future bookings

7.3 Experience Credits

In certain circumstances, we may offer experience credits instead of refunds. Credits are valid for one year from issue date and are non-transferable.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Mutual Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Identities of other participants
• Specific locations of THREZONE facilities
• Operational details and security measures
• Personal information shared during experiences

8.2 Prohibited Disclosures

You may not share, publish, or disclose:

• Photos or recordings from inside facilities
• Identifying information about staff or participants
• Specific techniques or methods used
• Security protocols or emergency procedures

8.3 Permitted Sharing

You may share your personal experience in general terms, provided such sharing does not violate the confidentiality of others or compromise security.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the THREZONE website and in our experiences, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the exclusive property of THREZONE and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any THREZONE content without explicit written permission.

10. Liability and Indemnification

10.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR EXPERIENCES.

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THREZONE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or rights of third parties
• Your misrepresentation of medical or psychological conditions
• Your breach of confidentiality obligations

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your participation in THREZONE experiences shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to bring claims against THREZONE as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

11.3 Time Limitation

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to THREZONE services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Grounds for immediate termination include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentation in applications
• Inappropriate behavior
• Safety concerns
• Breach of confidentiality

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles County, California.
